We are proud to say that all CompuCharge products carry the CE mark, which can be found, on the inside of the trolley doors. Since entering the marketplace by designing and manufacturing some of the original laptop charging trolleys, we have always employed a “safety first” policy.
Our ChargeBay, ChargeBox, MiniBus and TabCharge ranges have all been assessed and certified by an independent and authorised testing house, for compliance with the essential safety requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC. The products are specifically constructed, inspected and tested to satisfy the applicable requirements for information technology equipment.

We endorse the recommendations from the HSE for employing common sense practice as a rule for any mobile electrical appliance, such as switching off the mains socket before unplugging the power leads and NOT moving the trolleys without disconnecting and unplugging the power leads. We also would recommend that all laptop trolleys should only be used by competent people.
It is important that all electrical equipment is maintained in a safe condition and used within the manufacturers guidelines.
